Whenever your video is set at a bargain basement shopping channel and your singer/guitarist is dressed up like he just left a Renaissance Fair, you're going to be called a winner in my book.
White Denim, a stripped down psych-rock trio from Austin, Texas, make a big splash with this hilarious video for "I Start To Run," directed by Andy Cope and Eric Hueber.
The concept behind the video seems to involve the band playing for a scarce crowd while random pieces of rock and roll merch are sold. My favorite item on sale is totally the hammer (aka The Big Brother Buster), which is used to, "break the chains that bind your mind."
This is freedom rock. Turn up the LOLs.
