She's on her second solo album, a world tour, magazine covers, she's a devoted mommy and wife, but you didn't forget that Gwen Stefani's a designer too, didja? Of course you didn't! And the style icon isn't gonna let the world forget either -- Fashion Week Daily just reported that she'll be showing L.A.M.B. at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York this September for the first time in three years. She'll be launching a full-scale runway show in the prestigious Bryant Park tents, where all the big guns walk their wares -- Zac Posen, Carolina Herrera, Matthew Williamson, Diane Von Furstenberg, Oscar De La Renta, Michael Kors -- you know, no big deal.
Unlike a lot of celebs who just lend their name to a clothing line, Gwen actually conceives of the pieces herself. And even when she goes a little overboard with the ragga colors, we still absolutely adore Gwen's creative efforts, so we can't wait to see what she'll send down the runway next.
Check out her 2006 and 2007 ready-to-wear looks.
And, get your own little L.A.M.B: we went cuckoo for her super kawaii new Katella Tex canvas slide (See? Toldja we love slides!) with the city name print. They're $100 at lambshoes.com. They're not out until July 1, but you can sign up online to be notified when they're available.
