Which SNL Impression Of Her Does Hillary Clinton Prefer?

The eternal question: Kate McKinnon or Amy Poehler?

Anyone who's ever run for office knows that the quickest way to get into the hearts of the American people is through television. And if you can get on TV on make fun of yourself, even better! That's why you see Donald Trump parodying himself on "The Tonight Show" and John McCain poking fun at his 2008 campaign on "Saturday Night Live."

Hillary Clinton will join those ranks Saturday night (Oct. 3) when she appears on the Miley Cyrus-hosted SNL season premiere. This isn't particularly surprising, especially since Hil has kept her entertainment game strong by recently hanging out with the Kardashian-West clan. But still, it's Miley and Hillary, so that'll be interesting.

And, oh yeah -- Hil is very familiar with how SNL has goofed on her in the past. In fact, she's all about said goofing. As she told Entertainment Tonight, she's become good friends with Amy Poehler, whose '08 take on her -- along with Tina Fey's Sarah Palin impression -- became a huge hit during election season. But she's got plenty of love for Kate McKinnon's new spin, too.

"I love the impersonations of me, first by Amy, who's a great friend, now by Kate," she said to ET. "I'm just thrilled that [Lorne Michaels has] got these amazing women doing these impersonations, and I want to see how it goes."

Speaking of SNL creator Lorne Michaels -- he's the one who asked Hillary to appear on Saturday's show.

But of course, she has to have a favorite impression, right? She can't like both equally, can she?

"I like them both and I'm not just being diplomatic," she admitted. "They come at it from a slightly different perspective, and I learned something about myself watching them pretend to be me. So, I'm looking forward to spending the time with Kate."

Diplomatic indeed. We'll just have to watch to see what happens.
