A new video featuring footage of a concertgoer onstage at an August Alsina show has fans divided.

The video, reportedly from a concert in Baton Rouge on Friday, shows the R&B star singing to a fan onstage. She's seated on a chair, and it begins with him placing his hand around her neck, and then he moves it downward and grabs her breasts before she intervenes and covers them with her own hand.

From where I sit, the act clearly looks like a violation. She didn't ask to be touched, didn't give consent for his wandering hands, but he did it anyways.

But not everyone sees it that way. Some do, yes -- but reactions online to video have been divided. Here's a snapshot of both ends below.

MTV News has reached out to Alsina's camp for comment, but has not heard back as of press time.

This woman says she would have been uncomfortable if she were onstage. https://twitter.com/sagetastik/status/648519728286318592

This guy doesn't see how people could defend the singer.

She's asking, why?

Disturbing.

Not OK.

But this woman thinks there's a double standard.

And this guy wants a larger discussion.

She seems to think the woman enjoyed it.

And she says we need to know how the woman felt.

Strange, indeed.
