"17-Year-Old Girl’s Medical Chart" sounds like a real tearjerker.

Hollywood movies often make big bucks over seas. Look at recent global box office successes like "Furious 7" and "Minions." Both flicks killed it internationally. Better yet, they both scored awesome foreign titles! For example, in Japan, "Furious 7" was called "Wild Speed: Sky Mission," which is kind of the most baller movie title ever.

Oftentimes American titles can get lost in translation when they go abroad and that results in some pretty hilarious new names. In Israel, "Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs" is otherwise known as "It's Raining Falafel" because falafels are more colloquial. And in France, "Step Up" is called "Sexy Dance," which is still totally accurate, just sexier and, therefore, more French.
