Everything About The New Trailer For Netflix's 'Beast Of No Nation' Is Intense (Including Idris Elba)
The film will center around war and child soldiers.
After creating several successful, Emmy-winning TV series, Netflix is venturing into the filmmaking world with its first feature, "Beasts of No Nation." The trailer dropped Friday on Netflix's YouTube Channel. It stars Idris Elba as Commandant, who forces a young boy (newcomer Abraham Attah) to become a child soldier during an African civil war.
According to IMDb, the film is based off of Uzodinma Iweala's 2006 novel of the same name.
