J.K. Rowling Just Dropped Another Magical 'Harry Potter' Tidbit

Teddy Lupin, we knew you had it in you.

Today is a day that just won't stop giving back for "Harry Potter" fans.

Author J.K. Rowling has already played along with fans today, tweeting about #BackToHogwarts to coincide with the traditional day young witches and wizards end up back at their super-magical castle school. Awww, the magical feels.

But that's not all! Rowling, who is notorious for dropping extra knowledge about her characters and magical universe even though the last "Harry Potter" book was published in 2007, gave us an extra tidbit of Potter trivia today.

You hear that? Teddy Lupin, son of the departed Remus Lupin and Nymphadora Tonks, godson to one Harry Potter, not only went the way of the badger by joining Hufflepuff, he also made Head Boy.

Of course, Harry's son James Sirius Potter ended up in Gryffindor. Like father, like son, though we hear he also could have been great in Slytherin.

Now grab your trunks and tell the Fat Lady your password -- it's time for bed, and we're all full of pumpkin pasties.
