Kanye West Will Go Full 2008 To Play '808s & Heartbreak' In Concert

Kanye West: time traveler.

By Kate Drozynski

Kanye West is an innovator, always looking toward the future, but for one night in September, the VMA Vanguard-winner is going back in time to perform all of his 2008 album 808s & Heartbreak.

The concert, set for September 25 at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, hasn't been officially confirmed yet, but Ticketmaster posted a listing for tickets for the show, which will go on sale to the public on September 4.

Some of the tunes on 808s & Heartbreak are in heavy rotation at Kanye shows, but others, like "Paranoid" and "Amazing" have been performed fewer than 10 times. According to Rolling Stone, West has never played "Bad News" in concert. Never! That means hearing it live will be brand new!

So, smile. Kanye maybe dipping into the past for one night, but he's always doing something different.
