The world sadly never got to see Harry Potter get down on one knee and ask Ginny Weasley to marry him, but this new video from magician Neil Henry gives us a glimpse of what a ~magical~ proposal can look like.

On Tuesday, August 25, Henry popped the big question at the end of his performance at Edinburgh Festival Fringe in Scotland. He called his longtime girlfriend, Charlie Gardner, up on stage to help him out with a trick. Little did she know that she was part of the act.

Henry swallowed a can of Alphabetti Spaghetti, which is basically like alphabet soup, then proceeded to pull the letters M-A-R-R-Y-M-E out of his throat using a string. Gardner realizes the stunt as soon as she sees the letter "R."

"You're not, are you?" She said, stunned. "Oh sh-t, are you kidding me?"

"Having you in my life is real magic and I never want that magic to end," Henry responded.
