Are you ready for the 2015 Video Music Awards? We are SO ready. In order to fully prepare for the highly-anticipated, Miley Cyrus-hosted event, we've been taking a look back at past shows and some of the #FASHUN that ruled the red carpet years ago. Today we're focusing on the 2000 VMAs, which, you may recall, is the year Britney Spears performed "Oops...I Did It Again" in a sparkly, nude-colored outfit.
We dug through the archives and found the best red carpet fashion from the memorable show—it may not feel like that long ago, but, um, a quick glance at the red carpet reveals that we've come a long way since then.
