If anyone is feeling the struggle of going back to school, it's definitely the faculty at Pflugerville High School in Texas.

The school recently uploaded a video that starts off as a training manual for getting ready for school, but then it quickly turns into reasons why getting ready for school is the literal worst.

This video reminded me all too much of the "Krusty Krab Training Video" episode from "SpongeBob SquarePants." You know the one.

The creatives at Pflugerville cover vital topics, including:

>> Practice waking up early

>> Start wearing normal clothes again

>> Get back into shape

>> Cry in a corner
