Whenever late summer rolls around, we get SO stoked to see who is landing covers during the fashion world's most important month of the year: September. So far, we've seen Miley Cyrus on Marie Claire, Kristen Stewart on Elle UK, and Demi Lovato on Cosmopolitan, but today we can officially add two (!!!) more covers to the bunch: Katy Perry on Harper's Bazaar. YASSS.

Harper's already unveiled their insane Icons Issue transformations last month (Mariah Carey as Marie Antoinette is still our favorite thing of all time), but this morning Katy dropped the official cover on Instagram, and it's straight-up legendary on its own. KP did most of the explaining for us (thanks, bb), but we will say seeing the dress in its entirety just makes us love it even more. The sharp lines and airbrushed smoky eye give us an '80s art deco feel, which is perfect for their throwback fashion issue.

On the second cover, Katy goes full-on Elizabeth Taylor in an Andy Warhol-inspired cover–insane teal eyeshadow included. She sports an Azzedine Alaïa dress with Dior earrings, and TBH, if it wasn't for the nose ring, we'd think this was straight from 1963. *bows down*
