Your favorite male feminist is back at it again. "Orange Is the New Black" and "How to Get Away with Murder" star Matt McGorry answered Kether Donohue's question on the dating life of a male feminist via Twitter on Saturday(July 25).
At first, he thought it'd be too complicated to put into 140-character tweets, which is pretty understandable.
However, I guess he pushed that thought out the window, because he then made a 10-part tweet answer — and it's just as fantastic as you knew it'd be.
Personally, parts six and seven are my favorite, because I think it's important to note that being a feminist and being a jerk are not mutually exclusive characteristics of a person. Props to McGorry for pointing out that distinction.
This is certainly not the first time McGorry stood up for feminism and equal rights for all. Back in April, he wrote a phenomenal essay about the wage gap, and how women earn 78 cents to every man's dollar. It's fantastic McGorry's using his fame for good, trying to promote positive change in our society.
Rock on, Matt! 🙌
