Migos Turned 'Hannah Montana' Into A Symphony

And it sounds like...well, just listen.

Migos will be dropping their debut album, Yung Rich Nation, in just ten days, but they're not done performing old favorites -- with a new spin.

On Tuesday (July 21), the Atlanta trio teamed up with Audiomack to release a performance of "Hannah Montana" backed by a nine-piece orchestra. And it brings their 2013 mixtape favorite to life in a way that we haven't heard before.

The musical partnership works surprisingly well (is it even a surprise?), as Quavo and Takeoff -- the group's third member, Offset, is currently in jail -- team with a cellist, viola player and more to make sweet harmonies. Or something close to it.

"This was a dope concept," Migos told The FADER. "We been influenced by all different types of music. People think of Migos and think of one type of music, but we gonna do it all."

This might not be the last we hear of this partnership, either. In addition to the fact that they've reportedly got a couple more videos they recorded with the orchestra that day on the way, the fellas might be bringing them up to New York for their album release at the end of the month.

Not a bad idea.

And speaking of "Hannah Montana," the person responsible for popularizing that character when she played her on TV, Miley Cyrus, will be hosting this year's VMAs.

The 2015 MTV Video Music Awards will air live from L.A.’s Microsoft Theater at 9 p.m. ET, on Sunday, August 30.
