Tyga recently dropped The Gold Album: 18th Dynasty, but it looks like the rapper is also working hard on his acting skills as well.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, he's set to appear an upcoming action comedy film, alongside stars like Bruce Willis, David Arquette and "X-Men's" Famke Janssen. Not a bad cast.

The film is still untitled, but the plot revolves around a private detective (Willis) in Los Angeles, who's world gets turned upside down when his dog is stolen by gang members. It's unclear what Tyga's role will be, but we'll likely get more details soon. The film will be directed by Mark and Robb Cullen.

This follows Tyga's recent cameo in the coming-of-age dramedy "Dope" with A$AP Rocky, plus he'll be appearing in the upcoming comedy "Barbershop 3."

And, let's not forget about his new MTV 2 show "Kingin' With Tyga." Okay -- technically he's not acting there, since it's a reality show, but either way, he'll be getting plenty of screen time in the near future.
