Young Thug Was Arrested For Making Terroristic Threats

The Atlanta rapper was taken into custody Wednesday morning.

Young Thug has a bit of legal trouble to sort out, after being arrested early Wednesday morning (July 15) on the felony charge of making terroristic threats.

The Atlanta rapper, born Jeffery Lamar Williams, was apprehended by the U.S. Marshals Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force in Sandy Springs, Georgia for earlier an infraction, committed in Dunwoody, GA, on July 7.

The Dunwoody Police Department issued copies of Thugger's arrest warrant and investigation report to MTV News and it reveals that the incident took place in the parking garage of a mall.

According to the warrant, he's facing a felony charge after “the accused threatened to shoot the victim in the face with the purpose of terrorizing Mr. Chris May."

May is a security guard at the mall, and the warrant further details the threat was made after Young Thug had already been asked by security to leave the premises.

According to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the 22-year-old will be appear in Georgia's Dekalb County Jail for his bond hearing.
