'Grease!' Live Scored A 'Les Mis' Babe For Its Lead

Aaron Tveit will be giving you your summer lovin' as singing heartthrob Danny Zuko.

Well, the chicks are definitely gonna you-know-what for greased lighting now.

The upcoming live TV production of "Grease!" just announced that Aaron Tveit, who played hot-blooded Enjolras in "Les Miserables," will star as the Danny Zuko to Julianne Hough's Sandy Olsson when the musical airs next year.

This is the first news we've heard from "Grease!" since the January announcement that Hough and Vanessa Hudgens had been cast as good-girl Sandy and rebellious sexpot Rizzo, respectively.

Needless to say, Tveit is an accomplished singer, dancer, and actor with a long list of credits on both stage and screen, and he's a consummate professional, and he'll do a great job in the challenging role of Danny.

And with that out of the way, we can now spend the rest of the day picturing this man, in those pants, pelvic thrusting on top of a classic car.

"Grease!" will air live on Fox in January 2016.
