"Game of Thrones" fans have a pretty tough pill to swallow when it comes to San Diego Comic-Con this year -- because, unlike in Cons past, "A Song of Ice and Fire" scribe George R. R. Martin has opted to stay home and keep writing instead of attending the festivities. Bummer.
We at MTV News were pretty sad about this news, so to make up for George's colossal absence, we nabbed one of Factory Entertainment's deluxe talking plush signature edition George dolls (a Comic-Con exclusive!) to take us (and you!) on a tour of the coolest "GoT" stuff SDCC 2015 has to offer... and of course, ran into a few fired up cosplayers on the way.
