"The Walking Dead" shippers might still be lamenting the fact that Daryl Dixon and Beth may never be a thing -- on-screen or off -- but Norman Reedus's fans will get to watch him roll the dice on romance with another beautiful blonde co-star very soon.
Only, instead of donning his signature shoulder-slung crossbow, he'll be rocking a cowboy hat. And rather than riding through the corpse-laden streets of the rural south on a motorcycle, he'll be traipsing through the very much alive Sin City under some blazing neon lights.
Also, from the looks of this first-glimpse image Reedus and Diane Kruger shared of their forthcoming drama pic together on Wednesday (June 24), he'll be ditching all the death stares and silent solemness for some smoochy time with her.
Hey, what happens in Vegas, right?
If the goal was to get our attention here, well, consider us officially listening.
"Sky," which also features Lena Dunham and Kruger's IRL fella Joshua Jackson, tells the story of a woman who flees from the scene when she inadvertently kills her abusive husband during a fight and finds herself in Las Vegas, Nevada. There she finds the ruggedly handsome Reedus who, if the pic is any indication, convinces her to take her chances with a new love.
"Do you believe in love against all odds?" Diane Kruger captioned in her posting of the same image. The answer is YES and more please.
The film was co-written and directed by Fabienne Berthaud, whom Kruger has worked with on two prior movies -- "Frankie" and "Lily Sometimes."
