MANCHESTER, Tennessee — Over 85,000 people come to Bonnaroo, which means it's rather easy to lose your friends on your way to watch Kendrick Lamar, Hozier, Mumford & Sons, or any of the other hundreds of performers. One way to stick out in the crowd—besides colorful hair—is with a totem, aka a sign that you hoist as high as possible.
If anyone is wondering whether these actually, y'know, work, we can confirm they definitely do—we know the dudes carrying their friend with them (#6) made it to Kendrick Lamar because we saw their friend floating high above the massive crowd.
Here are a few of our faves from around the grounds so far—enjoy!
