Nicki Minaj Had A Lot To Say After Hearing Her Ex's New Song About Their Relationship

A snippet of SB's 'Love The Most' hit the 'net on Wednesday.

In the entire time they were dating, Nicki Minaj and her ex, Safaree "SB" Samuels, kept the details of their relationship extremely private. In the short time since they split, though, each has addressed their time together and apart.

One of the more direct references came on Wednesday, when a snippet of SB's song “Love the Most" hit the 'net. On it, he sounds sad, angry and reflective.

"We both went to sleep in the same 'Bed of Lies,'" he raps at one point, later adding that he “thought you would’ve had my kid,” and, “Yeah I know I’m not perfect, you was paying all the bills/ You remember what you told me when you wasn’t on them pills?”

It looks like Nicki didn't take too kindly to rhymes like those.

As Complex points out, she addressed the track and their relationship in a string of tweets. Most have since been deleted, but they were captured by @theshaderoominc on Instagram.

"Don't make me do this," she wrote. "Lesson: don't cheat on a loyal woman. God will punish u. When he does, tell people the truth. The truth may set u free. Love. Always... Took a person with me to fame & fortune. These dudes leave their girl in the hood. Tell ppl the truth or you will b doomed."

"Enough with the pity party. Just live your life," she added. "I'm happy today not b/c of meek. But b/c i know Im a good person. Don't hate u. Will always love u. I forgive u. It's time to move on."

Nicki, it seems like, certainly has moved on, as things have gotten serious between her and Meek Mill. She declared her love onstage at Summer Jam on Sunday, and did it again last night.

Even after showing some digital love for her new man, though, Nicki decided to finish her string of SB-related tweets on a positive note.

"Making a 12 yr relationship work at such young ages? We're BOTH the real MVP," she wrote. "things got rocky at the end but we had a GREAT run."
