This season, "Orange Is The New Black" will introduce a new character to Litchfield Penitentiary -- Stella Carlin (Ruby Rose), who will be trying to put a wedge into Piper and Alex's newly rekindled relationship.
A fashion model and TV personality from Melbourne, Rose first rose (pun intended) to prominence as an Australian MTV VJ in 2007. Since then she's made a name for herself by appearing on other shows like "Australia's Next Top Model," movies like Christina Ricci's "Around The Block," and her own short films, like the gender identity-exploring "Break Free" (NSFW for mild nudity).
We can't WAIT for Rose to become a bigger deal on this side of the planet when "OITNB" comes back on Friday -- and also, we can't stop thinking about how amazing she is. Here's why:
Man, that accent. I could listen to her read the phone book.
She rocks an undercut like nobody's business.
Along with some pretty killer eyebrows there, too.
Heck, she can even rock a bowl cut.
Hey Ruby, '90s era Jonathan Taylor Thomas called. He doesn't want his look back, though -- you clearly know how to do it better.
She's REAL good at flirting.Netflix
"This is the sexist season by far," Rose said in a new "OITNB" featurette. It's probably her doing, let's be real.

And it's Leonardo! Be still my nerdy heart.
She and her fianceé are too cute for words.
Seriously, is there a term for when you have a crush on someone BECAUSE of how awesome they are with their SO? (Other than homewrecker, I guess?) Because Rose and fashion designer Phoebe Dahl are just too great together.
She boxed for charity one time, and won.
Rose learned specifically how to box for a 2012 event to raise money for Headspace, Australia's national mental health foundation. Wow, because being able to punch you in the face doesn't make her awesome enough, Ruby ALSO had to do it to help out those in need, because she's struggled with depression herself. I can't even with this.
She's openly genderfluid.Ruby Rose
While she currently prefers to continue using female pronouns for herself, she also comes at gender from a very neutral, fluid place. "I feel like I'm a boy, but I don't feel like I should've been born with different parts of my body or anything like that. I feel like it's just all in how I dress and how I talk and how I look and feel, and that makes me happy," she told The Guardian last year. "I think at this stage I will stay a woman but… who knows. I'm so comfortable right now I feel wonderful about it, but I also fluctuate a lot."
Now, let's get one thing clear: despite me putting it on this list, her being genderfluid is not a direct reason to have a crush on her -- that runs the risk of being kinda fetishizing. But it's still inspiring as hell to see her be so open and confident about herself, and that's definitely something to be celebrated.
Basically, she just seems like a super chill person to hang out with.
Who doesn't want to just lounge around with a bunch of pets -- you know, when you're not featured in the most popular show of the summer? Clearly Ruby Rose is living the dream.
"Orange Is The New Black" Season 3 premieres on June 12.
