Watch People On The Street Try To Explain The Lyrics To Fetty Wap's 'Trap Queen'

It's time get to the bottom of the breakout hit.

"Trap Queen" is currently No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100, ubiquitous on radio, and not going anywhere any time soon -- so practically everyone knows it. But do people actually know what Fetty Wap is rapping about on his breakout hit?

That's the question Clevver News tried to get to the bottom of, so they took to the streets to ask random people to explain the lyrics. One of those random people, by the way, happened to be NBA All-Star Blake Griffin (who not only is a fan of the song, he says, but loves Ed Sheeran's cover).

The lyrics that the passersby were asked to define?

"Trap Queen"

"Married to the money, introduced her to my stove"

"She my trap queen, let her hit the bando/ We be countin' up, watch how far them bands go"

"I be in the kitchen cookin' pies with my baby"

The answers involved everything from lobsters to pastries to "Black Swan" and other odd, confusing things in between. Blake, actually, was pretty on-point with his lyrical analyses.

In (somewhat) related Fetty news, the New Jersey native joined "Jimmy Kimmel Live" on Tuesday night to perform "Trap Queen." Check out the performance below.
