Hilary Duff Teases A New Song In The Oddest Of Places

You'll want to make a Dubsmash of her latest track.

Hilary Duff is making further strides in the app game. She did, after all, feature her Tinder adventures in her "Sparks" video. Now, she's on Dubsmash, debuting a little tease of her "My Kind" track on Tuesday (June 9).

Hil appropriately asked fans for a "Duffsmash" (I see what you did there, girl), where they could lip-sync along to the new song. The track is from Breathe In. Breathe Out., which will be released on June 16. Hear the tease in the fans' Dubsmashes below:

"I'm with you for the night/ You're takin' me, takin' me high/ You're lovin' me, lovin' me right/ Think you're one of my kind, you're one of my kind," Hilary sings over the bouncy, anthemic, almost tropical beat. It sounds pretty synth-driven and dancey -- just like "Sparks."

Hilary isn't the first artist to debut a song on a mobile app. Remember when Jason Derulo released his "Want To Want Me" video on Tinder? Or when Madonna released her "Living For Love" video on Snapchat?

Hilary said "My Kind" best describes her character Kelsey from "Younger," who's always up for a good time.

So, get Dubsmashing, people!
