Chinx Will Live Forever In French Montana's New 'Coke Boy Money' Video

When Chinx was murdered last month, the Queens, New York rapper left behind a loving family, adoring fans and tons of unfulfilled rap potential. As a part of French Montana's Coke Boys crew, he had access to the type of resources that turn underground MCs into rap superstars. Though these type of transitions are hard to predict, Chinx had raw, undeniable rap skill. Skill that he put on display in French's new video for "Coke Boy Money."

The song and music video were completed before Chinx was gunned down last month, but on Tuesday, June 9, French premiere the clip on MTV Jams.

The song, which features Chinx and French's brother Zack, is a standout from Montana's recently released Casino Life 2 mixtape. The Spiff TV-directed vid finds the CB trio trading rap bars in a dark and dreary basement.

Chinx was never hesitant to put his lyrics on display. During a 2012 episode of MTV's "RapFix Live" he set-off a freestyle cypher that included his Coke Boys affiliates.

The budding rapper was shot and killed in Queens, New York on May 17 after a gunman pulled up to his vehicle and fired multiple rounds. He was laid to rest nine days later, while rap stars like Jay Z, Diddy, Drake and Meek Mill all honored him with heartfelt messages on social media.

On August 14, Chinx's debut album, Welcome to J.F.K., will be released, anchored by his new single "On Your Body."
