There are plenty of reasons to love Anna Kendrick. She's talented, funny, confident -- you get the point. And now we've got another: She's a fan of Chance the Rapper, Donnie Trumpet and the rest of The Social Experiment.
As a Reddit user pointed out, the "Pitch Perfect 2" star gave a brief rendition of "Sunday Candy," off of the collective's new project, Surf, during an interview with "Popcorn with Peter Travers" on ABC.com recently.
Travers asked the 29-year-old to sing a song, and she obliged.
"There's a song -- it's the only song that's in my head -- I don't know the woman who does the hook of the song, but it's a song [by] Chance the Rapper, and I don't know the woman singing the hook, but I just love her voice," she said.
I do, too, Anna, and her name is Jamila Woods.
From there, she broke into the hook and, not surprisingly, sounded great.
"It's beautiful," she said about the song when she finished her brief performance.
In other "Sunday Candy"-related news, over the weekend, the video's director, Austin Vesley, shared a very cool overhead version of the video.
