Did you get your free donut for National Donut Day yet? We definitely did here at MTV News -- and we also spent this holiday throwing a relay race that's a whole lot messier than the stuff you had to do in gym class. Matteo Lane from "Guy Code" hosted a very competitive donut relay between two MTV News staffers, Maeve and Matt.

The race included events like a donut ring toss (sounds self-explanatory, right?) and something called "Milk The Donut." What's that, you say? You'll have to watch the video to find out just how sticky/slimy/literally any adjective for gross that looks IRL:
