"Pretty Little Liars" is back and it's crazier than ever. No, that is not an understatement.

Over the course of the season six premiere ("Game On, Charles"), we watched as A emotionally tortured the Liars -- he drugged them, isolated them and even physically assaulted them. So, yes, one could argue that this is the darkest season ever, but it's also the most effed up.

That being said, the episode also delivered on this season's central theme: answers. Not only did we get another glimpse into A's "soul," but the show dropped a bombshell on it when it revealed a long-forgotten character's fate. With so many twist and turns, of course we had a lot of questions. Here's our list of burning questions for the season six premiere:

How long has Sara Harvey been in A's dollhouse?

The episode's craziest moment -- organ harvesting, aside -- came right at the very end when the Rosewood P.D. discovered another girl inside the dollhouse. We saw her earlier in the episode when she delivered the Liars their meals, but we didn't know her name. Now, we know it was Sara Harvey, the missing high school student who disappeared around the same time as Ali. Did A kidnap Sara thinking it was Ali? Has she been his doll the entire time? The markings on the wall of her room would imply she's been there for awhile. If so, that girl is going to need may-jer therapy. But at least she'll be in good company!

Where is Andrew?

At this point, it's pretty clear that Andrew Campbell is not Charles. But we won't rule out the possibility that he's been working for Charles. Right now, all we know is that Andrew is the Liars' suspected kidnapper. According to the police, Andrew "has been obsessed with the girls since Alison disappearance." There's also the fact that his last name is Campbell, which connects him to the Campbell Farm where Tanner and Toby the surveillance equipment in the season five finale. Is it too much to hope that he's writing a true crime novel, too? If Andrew isn't Charles, then the only logical explanation for his behavior is that he's working with Charles... or CeCe... or Melissa... or anyone, really.

What did A do to the Liars?

We know whatever went down in those rooms had to be terrible and traumatizing for the Liars. When they walked out of their bedrooms, the were clearly scared out of their minds. Thankfully, it sounds like the next few episodes of "PLL" will deal with the emotional fallout from their kidnapping. While we're sure a lot of this will be addressed in future episodes, we can't help but wonder, what were the scream-worthy surprises lurking behind their bedroom doors? How did A manage to cut Aria's hair?! Seriously, what the f--k.

Does Ali know about Charles?

The answer to this is simple: no. The promo for next week's episode show Ali asking her dad, point-blank, about Charles, and he looked spooked. It's possible that Ali has some suppressed memories of her childhood -- being a DiLaurentis, how could you not? -- and we can't to watch Ali piece it all together.
