Because John Stamos is basically a volcano of excitement over the new "Full House" on Netflix, of course he was the one to make the announcement that yet another beloved character would be coming back for the spinoff series.
Stamos broke the news via Twitter that Bob Saget will be putting in an appearance as Danny Tanner, the widowed father of daughters D.J., Stephanie, and Michelle.
To get a sense of how thrilling this news is, note that Stamos was so stoked about it that he couldn't manage to spell "Netflix" or "reunion" correctly.
Meanwhile, Bob Saget didn't exactly confirm the information, but he didn't deny it, either. And he called Stamos "Uncle Jesse," so clearly he's already back in character.
This is just the latest big get for "Fuller House," which is securing the return of its stars left and right. Candace Cameron Bure (DJ Tanner), Jodi Sweetin (Stephanie Tanner) and Andrea Barber (Kimmy Gibbler) are already on board, Lori Loughlin announced just yesterday that she'd be back as Aunt Becky, and Stamos is set to guest star as well as produce.
