If you're anything like us, you're feeling pretttty sick of your standard makeup look right now. You know the process so well you could practically do it in your sleep, which means it's time to switch it up. We're here to deliver that change in the form of this pop art look—it's bold, it's graphic, it's colorful, and perfect for May, which just so happens to be Keith Haring's birthday month.
We've broken down the steps into a handy little GIF tutorial, which means you can watch each step until you nail it or just, y'know, watch liner be expertly applied on loop forever. The choice is yours.
Build color using a brush—for a bright blue like this, try COVERGIRL Eye Enhancers 4-Kit Shadows in Tropical Fusion.

You can keep building color until you're happy with the shade—fill it in to the brow bone.
Take a minute to clean up any excess color with a Q-Tip.
Press powder shadow on top of the base you created. We used the two darkest shades from the COVERGIRL Eye Enhancers 4-Kit Shadows in Crystal Waters. Press the color all over the lid.
Using a felt-tip eyeliner like COVERGIRL Bombshell Intensity Liner by LashBlast in Pitch Black Passion, line around the color. Small strokes make it easier to avoid mistakes.
Fill in between the top lashes with a pencil like COVERGIRL Perfect Blend Eyeliner in Basic Black.
Lengthen your lashes with COVERGIRL Clump Crusher Mascara, being sure to maneuver the wand to get every last lash.
Finally, to tie the entire look together, apply a bright lipstick. For a similar purple, try COVERGIRL Outlast Longwear Lipstick in Vixen Violet.
Ta-da! You're like an actual, IRL piece of art, who is totally ready for a #covermoment.
