Eye Shadow

Build color using a brush—for a bright blue like this, try COVERGIRL Eye Enhancers 4-Kit Shadows in Tropical Fusion.

You can keep building color until you're happy with the shade—fill it in to the brow bone.

Clean Up

Take a minute to clean up any excess color with a Q-Tip.
