Not to be outdone by her brother Jaden’s recent “Offering” (or by his heartbreaking exodus from Twitter earlier this week), Willow Smith has released her first music video in two years.

The 14-year-old’s track “F Q-C #7” (which translates to “Frequency Number Seven”) debuted exclusively on Tidal two weeks ago. Now, Will and Jada Smith’s daughter has premiered the visually stunning and predictably idiosyncratic clip for the track, which she co-directed.

In the vid, four different, uniquely-uniformed versions of Willow often appear in the same frame. She explained the meaning behind her colorful clones in an email to FADER, saying, "The different Me’s represent my Chakras. Yellow is Self-confidence, Blue is my voice (song), Red is my survival instinct, and the Black is a combination of everything (the true me).”

Willow also revealed that she took inspiration from Girlpool, tUnE-yArDs, and Cree Summer in producing the fiery, catchy track herself. So, yes, this is a far cry from her 2010 smash “Whip My Hair” (which we still love, BTW. No shame).

The vid also finds Willow frolicking around sun-kissed fields, climbing trees, and making us all wonder if we could pull off her face-paint-and-overalls look.
