"Fifty Shades of Grey" fans, were you thinking you'd have to wait until February 10, 2017 to find out what happened after those doors physically and metaphorically shut on Ana (Dakota Johnson) and Christian's (Jamie Dornan) relationship? Well think again, because an alternate ending tacked on to the unrated "Fifty Shades" is officially available on iTunes -- and of course, we've already watched it.
In the footage it's revealed that, yes, Christian and Ana are dunzo for good (or at least for now) after their epic, flogging and personal info sharing related fight. As Jessie Ware's "Say You Love Me" plays in the background, the former lovebirds go about their day to day lives with various degrees of functionality -- Christian struggles to pay attention during what seems to be an important business meeting, and Ana cries in fetal position before getting her butt out the door.
Ana also sends Christian a toy version of that glider plane they flew earlier in the movie with a note saying "this reminded me of a happy time," so that (and the promise of two sequels) should give "Fifty" fans hope for a brighter tomorrow.
"Fifty Shades of Grey" hits DVD and Blu-Ray on May 8, and is currently available on iTunes.
