In the words of the Beatles, there's nothing you can sing that can't be sung. We think (????) this is the advice that finally pushed Hawkeye, the saddest Avenger of all time, to express his feelings in song on "The Tonight Show."
See, Hawkeye, played by Jeremy Renner in the upcoming "Avengers: Age of Ultron," doesn't have the easiest time of things. All of his friends are legitimately super, while he only has a bow and arrow to defend himself. He's really, really good with that bow and arrow, but still. Not like he can turn green and giant and fly around (that's not jumping, Hulk, that's flying) solely on the power of his rage issues.
Renner paid a visit to Jimmy Fallon's late night show Tuesday to sing about his own winning personal qualities, to the tune of Ed Sheeran's "Thinking Out Loud" (like, was there any other option? Of course it was set to Ed Sheeran). For example, dude once got to second base on a Tinder date. Get it, buddy! The scarves and berets thing, though, we'll have to talk about. Chin up, bud.
"Avengers: Age of Ultron" hits theaters May 1.
