Waka Flocka And Gucci Mane Are In 'A Good Place' After Their Public Falling Out

Waka isn't holding any grudges.

Time heals all wounds, right?

Back in 2013, Waka Flocka Flame appeared on MTV's "RapFix Live" and admitted that things had gone so far south between himself and one-time mentor Gucci Mane that he would never work with him again. Things spiraled after Gucci fired off a stream of disrespectful tweets about Waka -- but, after all, family is family.

In February, Waka released a track called "Against All Odds" featuring Gucci, and this week he told MTV News that they're on on better terms, but there are still some lines drawn in the sand.

"That's music we already made," he said of the track, going on to add that some boundaries have been set.

"We're always in a good place. I'd just say [from a] business point of view, it'll never happen," Waka added. "Just because a snake's frozen right now, when it thaws out don't mean it ain't gon' bite you...[But] it's under the rug, man. F--k it. It is what it is."

He compared the situation to a typical family dispute that was intensified because of public scrutiny.

"It just so happened that brothers are famous. It's like an argument, you'll be mad at your family [member], like 'f--k her, I'll never talk to her again.' Then a year go by and you're like, 'I miss you girl.''

Waka didn't confirm whether or not "Against All Odds" will appear on his Flockavelli 2 album, which drops on June 1.
