If profoundly intimate moments between human and wookie make you feel a little uncomfortable, you might want to avert your eyes from this video of J.J. Abrams taking the Twizzler Challenge for autism awareness with the help of his good friend Chewbacca.

Abrams was challenged by Jimmy Kimmel, who aired the "Star Wars" director's Twizzler-eating video on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" last night (April 21.)

For those not in the know, the challenge requires two participants to play a game of "Lady and the Tramp"-style chicken, as they chow down on a Twizzler from opposite ends. Similar to last year's mega-viral ice bucket challenge, the Twizzler-eaters must then tag somebody else to do the same.

The rules do not require that one of the participants be a wookie, but let's be real, it's much more fun that way.
