Lil Wayne Said 'F--k Cash Money' Onstage And (Literally) Dropped The Mic: Watch

The saga continues.

Lil Wayne doesn't look like he'll be changing his feelings towards Cash Money Records any time soon. Now, months after he first voiced his frustration with the label because of album delays and money that he’s owed, he's firing shots again.

During a tour stop in Jacksonville on Thursday night, Weezy -- once again -- let his feelings be known.

"Free Weezy Album coming soon; Carter V coming soon," he said. "F--k Cash Money."

And then he dropped the mic.

Not proverbially. He actually dropped the mic, and walked off stage.

Tunechi shocked the music world in December, when he tweeted that he wanted "nothing to do with" Birdman and Cash Money. The next month, he sued the label for $51 million.

All the tension has gotten in the way of the release of the rapper's upcoming Tha Carter V album, but he won't let that stop him. Last week, he said that the Free Weezy Album is coming this month.

It sure seems like Wayne and Birdman have some issues that might not be resolved for a long time, or maybe ever. But, according to 50 Cent, that doesn't mean any of us should talk about what's going on between the two of them.

Or, at least, we should be careful. Check out what he told MTV News below.
