'Furious 7' Reviews: Here's What To Expect From Paul Walker's Last Ride

'You will cry,' one critic says of Walker's final 'Furious' film.

Even though the "Fast and Furious" franchise is far from over, Brian O'Connor's final ride is officially upon us.

This weekend sees the release of "Furious 7," the final film in the breakneck blockbuster series to feature Paul Walker. It's not just Walker's final "Fast and Furious" film, but his final film period, following his tragic death in the fall of 2013.

In "Furious 7," Walker's ex-cop Brian O'Connor once again joins forces with Dom Toretto (Vin Diesel) and the rest of his fast-racing family to avenge the death of one of their own, as a one-man wrecking-ball called Deckard Shaw (Jason Statham) wages war on Team Toretto. If you're already a "Fast and Furious" fan, it goes without saying that you need to see "Furious 7," and you need to see it immediately. We already declared it the best "Fast and Furious" movie, full-stop. In case you need further endorsements, check out this roundup of "Furious 7" reviews:

"The freewheeling 'Fast & Furious' franchise is at the top of its game with its latest far-fetched go-round. "Proving that the best villains have the charisma of a hero, Statham makes a strong impression, supplying the kind of menace that permeates the movie even when he’s not on screen." — Alonso Duralde, The Wrap

  6. What about Walker?

"There’s something genuinely beautiful in the way they’ve handled his sendoff … The farewell to Walker is not only entirely in-line with what this franchise is all about, it will leave even the prickliest 'Fast and Furious' fan just a little bit heartsick." — Roth Cornet, IGN Movies

  7. Will Walker's farewell make you cry?

"You will cry. It’s impossible not to cry. As I looked around the theater, there were tears everywhere." — Mike Ryan, Uproxx
