In case you haven't heard the heart-breaking news, Coachella and Lollapalooza have banned selfie sticks from their festivals this year. Luckily (or not? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯), NYC shoe brand Miz Mooz has released a video suggesting an entirely new, weightless solution for getting the ultimate selfie: Selfie Shoes
It seems Miz Mooz has invented a pair of Selfie Shoes, which are a set of heels that can fit any smartphone inside the toe. There's a pretty big chance the brand is just trolling with this invention (April Fool's Day is tomorrow, after all), but according to the video, once you slide your phone in the shoe, you can take photos with your toe thanks to an "internal button." They also say they designed the pair with a "docking port" in each shoe so selfies can be taken from either foot.
Even though there's an actual sign up page to win a pair of these bad boys, we're still skeptical because this really isn't that much easier than using your arm. IMHO, lifting your leg up for minutes at a time in public is one billion times more painful (physically and emotionally) than using the OG stick itself, but, hey, "no matter where you go, you'll always be camera ready," right? IDKIDKIDK.
