Time and time again, it’s been proven that alcohol is the ultimate truth serum.
In a preview clip for Sunday's (Mar. 15) season premiere of “Keeping Up With The Kardashains,” Brody Jenner, thanks to a generous amount of spirits, finally revealed his true feelings about not attending step-sister Kim Kardashian’s wedding to Kanye West last year.
“Kim and Kanye, really happy for them, but do you really think they were like, ‘We have to have Brody and Kaitlynn there? If they’re not there then this wedding is not gonna happen,'” he asked as he drank alongside father Bruce, brother Burt, Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick in Las Vegas. "Nobody really gave a f--k if Kaitlynn or I went.”
Brody’s brutal honesty made things kind of awkward for Kourtney and Scott, who spoke up.
“I hate that you would take it that personally,” said Scott.
Bruce then interjected by pointing out that his son did attend the wedding of Reggie Bush, Kim’s ex.
"Of course! Why wouldn't I?” he said. “I love Reggie. Put Kanye and Reggie together in a burning building, guess who I'm saving," he asked rhetorically.
"Reggie, Reggie all the way," he then answered.
This revelation is an entirely new viewpoint coming from Brody, who at the time of the incident, said his no-show at Kimye’s nuptials was a matter of planning. He maintained that things were all good between he and Kim.
“Not going to Kim’s wedding was not me trying to dis her and Kanye,” Jenner said last year. “I simply had a very last-minute thing. They didn’t want to let people know about their wedding early in advance, and I had already booked gigs in Chicago and some other places, so I was already working. The only opinion that matters in this situation is Kim’s, and me and her are good. She is incredible.”
So now we know that Brody would save Reggie from the burning building, but who’s going to save Brody from burning bridges with his extended family?
Guess we’ll all have to tune in to this season of "KUWTK," which airs on Sundays at 9 p.m. on E!, for the answer to that, ahem, burning question.
