The 24-year-old U.N. Women Goodwill Ambassador announced today (March 3) that she'll be celebrating International Women's Day by hosting a live chat with a few (million) of her closest friends.
"This is very exciting and I hope that you will also be excited because I am going to be conducting a live Q&A in London answering questions about gender equality," the she shared with fans on Facebook. "I'm also hoping that you might want to be a member of the audience."
WE ARE SO READY. Okay, so maybe you need to actually live in London to attend the Q&A and bask in Watson's beauty and intelligence in-person, but don't worry. The rest of us are still invited. "If you can't be there in person, Facebook are live-streaming the event, which is very exciting," Watson said.
"Thank you so much for all of your support and participation so far," she added. "It's been absolutely amazing and just an amazing adventure, journey, experience for me. So thank you, thank you. You guys are really awesome." No, Em. You're awesome! We love that your publicly taking a stand on gender equality and inspiring others to do the same.
Back in September, she gave a powerful speech on feminism and gender at the United Nations headquarters, where she helped launch the "HeForShe" campaign. The important campaign aims to galvanize one billion men and boys as advocates for gender equality in 2015.
