'Real World' Alum Is An Oscar Winner (Kind Of)

'Big Hero 6' actress Jamie Chung shined bright at the Academy Awards.

This is the true story...of a "Real World" alum officially earning entry into Hollywood's elite camp.

Jamie Chung, who appeared on the MTV show's 14th season in San Diego, has been making a name for herself in Tinseltown since, and at last night's 87th Academy Awards, "Big Hero 6," for which the actress offered the voice of Go Go, won the trophy for Best Animated Feature Film. Suffice it to say, Chung was pretty excited -- that is, when she wasn't buckling under the weight of the honor.

"Yes!!!! #Bighero6 darn that thing weighs about 15 lbs!!! Love you guys!!!" she captioned the Instagram photo above and couldn't help but gush about the crew's achievement. "we're BIG Winners tonight!! So proud of this team!! Woohoo!" she wrote with the snapshot below.

Yup, "Everything Is Awesome" may have been great, but "Big Hero 6" has got the hardware.

Can you believe Jamie's big honor? Sound off, and be sure to tune in to an all-new "Real World" episode tomorrow night at 10/9c!
