Naomi Campbell and Justin Bieber had people buzzing when they were spotted holding hands backstage at her Fashion for Relief charity show on Valentine's Day.

Was Justin dating the 44-year-old supermodel? After all, she does play a cougar on TV with a very young rapper boyfriend on the side. But you can breathe a sigh of relief, Beliebers, because Justin and Naomi are 100 percent not dating.

Naomi made an appearance on BBC Radio 1's Breakfast Show with Nick Grimshaw and explained why she was photographed looking cozy with the "Believe" singer.

"I was taking him to try some clothes on. I was taking him to the stylist, Patrick," she told Grimshaw. "They made a whole thing about it, which is not true."

But some couldn't help but make the comparison between the model and Camilla, the character she plays on the hit show "Empire."

"They were trying to say life imitates art because [on] my show 'Empire,' my guy is younger," Naomi said. "And I'm like, 'No, nice guy [Justin], but not my guy.' "

The model also revealed that Justin was actually supposed to walk in her fashion show, but nerves apparently got the best of him before he opted to take a seat instead of working the runway.

"He was going to walk and then he got nervous," she said. "I don't know if he got nervous, he just felt like he wanted to watch, so I was happy for the support."
