Jimmy Fallon And Justin Timberlake Recap SNL's 40-Year History In Five Minutes: Watch

Jimmy Fallon and Justin Timberlake's bromance is well-documented, from their camp songs after lights out at Camp Winnipesaukee to beat-boxing Christmas packages on "Saturday Night Live" and five installments of the "History of Rap."

So really they were the only logical choice to open "SNL40" last night (February 15), honoring the 40th Anniversary of the legendary sketch comedy show. Clad in well-fitted suits and ties the two kick off the historic night in Studio 8H with yet another history of rap, "SNL" edition. The classic characters, sketches and catchphrases are recounted in a whirlwind of lyrics.

They start off slow: Coneheads. Gumby. "Jane you ignorant slut." Buckwheat. Stefon. "We're here to pump, you up." Then SCHWING the beat kicks in and they're spitting the chronicles of "SNL."
