ILOVEMAKONNEN scored his first hit with the Drake-assisted "Tuesday" last year, and it sounds like he has more than a few other major collaborations lined up to follow on his debut album, which is set to arrive later this year.

"It should be out in June or July-ish," the OVO Sound-signed artist told MTV News on the red carpet for the show Sunday night. "I'm going on a tour starting in April, so working on that right now."

As for who he's turned to for help in crafting that project? There's more Drake, naturally -- but also some other huge names.

"[I'm collaborating with] a lot of different artists: Diplo; Skrillex; Snoop Dogg; Drake, of course; Rihanna."

"I love Rihanna," he said, adding that they hadn't yet been in the studio together, but were laying the foundations for future work. "We're just working on some ideas and stuff. But it's gonna happen in due time."

Though the Georgia-raised MC wasn't able to win his nomination in the Best Rap/Sung Collaboration this year, with that slate of artists on deck -- including Rih, who has won that award four times, including this year -- next year could offer redemption.
