Ariana Grande's 'One Last Time' Lyric Video Feeds Our Arianator Fix...For Now

See? The lyric is 'I know I should've fought it,' not 'I know I should've farted.'

This week has been one giant tease-fest for Ariana Grande's fans. And by "tease-fest," we mean "torture," because...

Torture: tor·ture (ˈtôrCHər) (noun)

1. a state of mental or physical suffering

2. waiting for a new Ariana Grande music video

First, our girl performed her new single, “One Last Time,” for the first time on TV when she took the “Tonight Show” stage on Feb.1.

Then, Max Landis -- the director for the track’s upcoming music video -- got our hopes up super-high when he freaked out over the vid’s final cut. His review? A straight-to-the-point “F—K YEAH.”

While we’re still not-so-patiently waiting for Ari to bless us with the proper video, she’s at least blessed us with a new eye-catching lyric video.

The clip features lyrics flying across the screen against a pretty, purple-tinged background of fluffy clouds. It definitely fits the vibe that Landis teased for the upcoming video when he wrote, “Earth will pass catastrophically through the tail of the comet Eurydice in one week. Gather family and lovers close, one…last…time.”

Dun dun dun!

“One Last Time” is Ari’s fourth single from My Everything, and it signals a big shift in her sound because it’s the first one that doesn’t feature a collaborator. Unlike “Problem” with Iggy Azalea, “Break Free” with Zedd, or “Love Me Harder” with The Weeknd, Ari takes the spotlight for herself on this one.

Start brushing up on those lyrics, Arianators, and don’t forget to tune into the Grammys this Sunday (Feb. 8) to see if Ari performs the track live!
