J.K. Rowling Returns To The Screen With 'The Casual Vacancy' Trailer

It's time to get serious about that vacancy.

We may have to wait until 2016 to see "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them," but another work from "Harry Potter" mastermind J.K. Rowling is making its way to screens sooner than that.

The trailer for "The Casual Vacancy," a three-part miniseries produced for BBC One and based off of Rowling's first non-"Potter" book written under her own name, made its big debut. Fans of British villages and Albus Dumbledore (Michael Gambon in the house!) will be pleased.

The story follows a small village thrown into turmoil after the death of one of its parish councilmen dies and must be replaced by one of three very different candidates.

The series will air its first episode in the U.K. on February 15. No air date has yet been set for the U.S.
