We were all anticipating Chris Brown and Trey Songz's Between The Sheets Tour, which was planned to kick off on Tuesday (January 27), but it looks like we’ll have to wait a little longer. That's because the tour has been postponed.
"I would first like to apologize to all the fans and people who have been supporters of me and all the music over the years,” Brown said in an apologetic Instagram post Monday night. "The beginning of the BTS tour has been moved to later dates now.”
Don’t worry. Brown added that the tour has not been cancelled.
So, why is this happening? Legal issues, CB explained.
"The judge would not sign off on my travel to do the tour until I finish these last 100 hours of community service,” he added. "I promise that I am busting my ass doing it everyday until it's complete."
Out of an initial 1,000 hours, Brown said that he’s only got 100 to complete.
Opening act Tyga also joined in on the conversation, tweeting the sad news with one very appropriate sad face.
Sadly, no new dates have been announced.
Still, when the tour does go down, CB will commend you if you take your significant other.
