Girls, maybe you’ve been hitting the gym more in 2015 and feeling pretty solid about your bod. But does your fitness routine include working out your vagina? No, you say? According to this woman, you’re seriously missing out.
Kim Anami is a sex and relationship expert who teaches things like “vaginal kung fu” (yes, that’s a thing) that will supposedly lead to “turbo-charged orgasms.”
Curious yet? Yep, we know you are.
Anami made waves on the internet last year when she released a YouTube video explaining why women should lift weights with their vaginas.
Now, she’s been flooding her Instagram with jaw-dropping pictures from around the world that show her lifting random objects with her super-strong vag, accompanied by the hashtag #thingsiliftwithmyvagina.
A bunch of bananas:
A bottle of cold-pressed juice:
A weight in Venice Beach alongside a couple of meatheads:
A juicy pomegranate:
A weird fruit called a rambutan:
A shiny amethyst crystal:
A couple of donuts:
And a surfboard. WE REPEAT, A WHOLE EFFIN' SURFBOARD. HANGING FROM THIS WOMAN'S VAGINA.
Anami seems to favor lifting fruits with her vagina, but she insists that women should “be able to shoot ping pong balls” and “open beer bottles” with their private parts, which is frankly a little too cringe-inducing for us to imagine, thankyouverymuch.
Clearly, this woman’s vagina is intimidatingly strong — probably stronger than your biceps and triceps combined — and she claims there’s good reason for that. According to Anami, stronger vaginal muscles make for better sex, more mind-blowing orgasms, greater sexual energy, and heightened libido, among a ton of other things.
So there you have it, ladies: Plug away on the elliptical as much as your hearts desire, but don’t forget to work on those vag muscles! We’re toootally sure no one in the gym will judge you or give you weird looks.
