'Awkward''s Greer Grammer Was Anything But As 2015's Miss Golden Globes

The MTV star got some serious praise from her co-stars and fans.

A film about a young man's path into adulthood took home top honors at last night's Golden Globe Awards, but it was a certain young lady who completely captured our attention.

Greer Grammer, who plays "Awkward"'s ditzy cheerleader Lissa, served as Miss Golden Globes at the ceremony's 72nd broadcast. And though she admitted to Access Hollywood she had a paralyzing fear she'd fall on stage and become a notorious day-after meme (not that there's anything wrong with it, Chrissy Teigen!), she looked as bright and enchanting as the winners around her -- and her fellow MTV brethren certainly noticed.

"GORGE," Molly Tarlov succinctly noted of her "Awkward" pal, while "Faking It" star Katie Stevens wrote "so I need to touch your hand because you touched Meryl Streep... You looked like an angel on that stage tonight!"

And though her reviews were glowing, Grammer didn't have much time to soak them in and proved there's no rest for the wicked. "now with 4 hours of sleep I am off to my first day of filming Awkward season 5!" she tweeted.
