We all remember that dark, dark time when Kim Kardashian cropped her daughter out of a photo. (In her defense, "Her eyes were closed and I was feeling my look! Can I live?!?!") But now, there are some who want to accuse Kim of pulling the crop move again in a new photo she posted on Twitter.

The reality TV star pasted up some photos from John Legend's birthday party early Friday morning (Jan. 9), including a group photo -- captioned "Happy Birthday @JohnLegend!!!!" -- and the singer hanging off the edge of the pic.

It didn't go unnoticed:

In all fairness, there were a lot of people in that picture, and sometimes you have to squeeze to get everyone in the frame. And look -- she posted a cute double-couple photo, too, with Legend (whose birthday was on December 28), Chrissy Teigen and husband Kanye West.
